He does have a personality tho? He's trying to preserve himself and is holding back a lot because he's worried he'll be endangered some way by being around the ml. I think that's fair considering everything, and he's trying his best to be happy in the midst of all else.
yeah but it I think that's just what everyone would do in his situation to avoid getting in trouble, even more if money is involved.
things keep happening to him and he barely reacts, he doesn't show more than simple reactions and predictable thoughts. to me he's just like a generic bl character
