For real for me it's way more psychological, I have read some crazy thing but this one was particularly hard-core
Yea, we basically just read how a man who lives a miserable life and only makes it worse and worse with each chapter. Essentially making him give up his pride and self worth just to somehow survive in his seemingly hard to escape hell

This was honestly so disturbing and sad to read at this point I am not sure if this is really someone's fetish or was just meant as a psychological horror story with a very sexual story to make it more disturbing.
