Carbonara with sugar doesn't sound so bad actually. For example, my brother likes to take green salad (iceberg salad, cherry tomatoes, corn, feta cheese, olive oil and some herbs), mix it in blender until it has soup-like consistency, then he heat it in microwave (it needs to be almost boiling) and he ads chocolate ice cream to it at the end. So yeah, it could be worse guys
