Nonono, I don’t understand it either. He didn’t just go back in time a couple of days. When he first killed that asshole #1 Fire King, he had to Regress multiple years. I thought he regressed so much, that he wasnt even yet Born?
He only regress like, 3 years into the past before the Fire King unlock the skill.

When gongja regresses his body regresses too aka he gets younger.. sooo, no, he did not regress until he wasn't born yet. Which also means it was him as an adult who had already left the orphanage, because we can see that he's still in the tower when he went to kill the fireking
Okay, my bad I was wrong. It wasn’t when he was born. But it was still 4090 days, thats an equivalent of a lil bit more than 11 years.

Nah, probably was in his thirties and regress back to his 20s or when he's fresh out of the system.
People don't stay at an orphanage until their adults unless for some rare cases I assume. And yes 11 years is a lot but I'm pretty sure it was said or hinted that he was in his 30s or so which is why he's currently back in his early twenties
Oh u mean the plot itself and not just the current arc??? Basically, his skill is to regress 1 single day. So he killed himself 4011 times to regress back to 4011 days, the day when the fire king guy got his skill.
If he want back in time then why does the director know the grown up him or did I understand the story wrong???
