I feel so bad for MC, he's being love-bombed. Abusers keep you busy and distracted mentally and emotionally. They act unpredictably so you start questioning "am I overreacting?" Abusers can easily spot vulnerable people that give and give so they can suck them dry. And unfortunately, the MC is in a perpetual cycle of getting cornered, trapped, and manipulated by abusers
Is our MC forgetting he has been taken advantage of multiple times by this guy? First of all, why are you shocked he 'likes you' when he's been forcing you to hang out plus everything that happened in the beginning. Lured into false sense of security ig..?
