Revival Hunter had one arc of romance and you could feel it make sense. I'm not a romance-in-action hater, I actually think it's normal to have it in every kind of story. But this is the first time it just didn't sit right for me. I don't hate Amy, I just think that she's arrogant and immature. She literally bullied Shirone from the start. Had people beat him up when they were kids and made him a gofer in school

Character development? Sure she doesn't bully Shirone anymore but she's as haughty as she always was. And yes it's just a side romance in an action manhwa. But it's still a romance story so I'll judge it by that standards. So my point is, it's not stupid at all to point out a badly written romance. There is almost little to no chemistry between them. Shirone cared for her initially as a classmate and then as a friend. "The romance is not just gay." People weren't expecting a gay romance. It just had more chemistry. Shirone always cared for Rian and vice versa. And I know they didn't start good either, but Rian always had dignity and never attacked Shirone for what he is.
TLDR: It's not that the romance had to be gay, it would have just been more interesting if it was.

What do you expect? amy is a noble she's been born with a golden spoon she have the resources plated and prepared for her I bet this is not the first time you've read genre with noble settings do you? Amy was born with a cheat eyes of course her head will grow big there family have that ability what do you expect only those commoner have that "good character vibes"
“the romance is so forced” when the romance is just not gay
