Honey I get that... But u have to understand how PTSD, trauma and depression does to u dude. Bc of my past, of nobody believing me no matter what I said let alone not letting saying a world, u end up with trust issues and unable to defend urself bc ur voice has been stolen... It happens again and again and u think why should I even try nobody cares. Then ur stuck in that headspace. And depressed takes over and u just wanna die. For her nobody believes her nobody helped her. And sometimes a good thing we destroy bc we cannot believe it's true based on past experiences so we end up trying to ruin a good thing bc it can't be real or "it will go bad eventually". It's not easy. As someone with depression and costs she has a very realistic view on Thoes mental illnesses it's so accurate it made me cry and remember all the times I felt that feeling in the past.

I do understand ptsd, trauma & depression, I dare say I had an even worse life growing up than this fl which is why I said those things. So going through years of understanding & experience taught me (like i said in my OG comment):

'I get you had a hard ass life but how can people help you if you don't let them, they can't guess what your feeling all the time if you don't say it! She keeps letting the "enemys" get away with everything cuz she keeps refusing to speak up about the things shes discovered!'

I had a very similar outlook on life & found shutting down n not speaking up won't help, it makes it worse. it sounds simple right? but when you go through said things it feels more complicated...until it isn't & you have that moment of realization. I may have been speaking of FL but I was also speaking on my past self as corny as that sounds. :)
