It would have been okay if Uke initiated all the touching and (probably) sex to help him regain (the feeling of) control, but if it's like this... Idk. As long as he feels like it's okay or it helps him, fine, I didn't say anything, but it doesn't seem like it. Seme wants to help but does it in a rather thoughtless way.
