Those are typical, uncreative smut genre writing methods tho. The random: Just random sex, without real affection, then BAM, they like each other now. Why? Don't care, but it is what it is. Ending achieved. Next!
That's basically 90% of all smut comics. And it makes me sad every time. :')
i liked the side characters which is why I stayed. my favs so far that aren't like this were dangerous convenience store, sign, punch-drunk love, and now I'm reading the hounds of Sisyphus which is good so far... it's hard to find good manga these days tbh
Side couples are often the saving grace of many comics, I definitely noticed that over the years. :'D

I am absolutely in love with Dangerous Convenience Store and HoS! Punch Drunk Love and Sign I had on my list too but wanted to give it time to finish (then I got busy with other comics), so I have to pick those up again soon.
Thanks for reminding me of those two, I remember them being really great. So I got impatient and wanted to read them when fully finished.
Every single time there is a plot opportunity for JJ to actually show character developement, Mingwa just says: Nah, we not doin this. :)
It's really getting more and more obnoxious to see this pretense 'developement incoming'.
