Guys come on, it’s pretty obvious with this one that the “thud” sound is him falling over and fainting. It’s definitely from either physical or emotional exhaustion or both. Did y’all not see how he was having an anxiety attack in this very chapter while looking at the water/his hands? （￣へ￣）
