I’m so sick of seeing rape in all these damn stories it’s such a put off. At first I wasn’t too bothered and just kept disregarding it since it’s a measly fictional story. However, it’s at the point where I’m like damn! Can we get a normal story where the sex is consensual?!?! Is that too much to ask for these days. Plus when it happens both the ml and mc ignore it and it’s never spoken about by the characters, it adds nothing to the plot, and they still fall in love making everything all rainbows and unicorns. It’s all just very strange and a turn off
Same!! Like there is so much else you can do with the plot, it’s not like the plot is trash?? but nope! They gotta incorporate assault somehow. And the MC forgives them instantly too (same will happen here), it’s so nauseating
