The things is, they're a "Public Couple", for the public to see. It's a front to cover their contractual relationship. That's why he's saying to not mess with his private life. Uke and Seme is still not at a stage where they could be at each other's personal lives comfortably, especially since this relationship is all contractual. Nothing else, but could be more.

it has been so long since i last read this so the 3 latest ch make me a little confused what is going on? and uke is not supposed to meddle in you private life? how can he not be allowed to do that if you are going to act as a couple? i hope he didn´t say those words in a way that would mean that he is going to sleep with other people while they have their acting couple situation or whatever you should call it.
