Same. It’s like authors have something against making a ML have similar interests + be kind to the MC or smth //: blondie clearly has way more chemistry with her, why have them be so good together to just then be like “anyway, now that that’s over, she’ll end up with the jerk instead”

I really want Aaron (the blonde) to be the ML. He's adorable, respectful and charming. The fact that they're both detectives makes it all the sweeter too. I'm really beyond tired of the stoic/emotionally stunted dark haired ML (like almost every story has one). Kylian's a snooze and Aaron's a breath of fresh air.
Seeing as Kylian's on the cover though I think we already know who the author's chosen for Himena... ╥﹏╥
