this totally might be a reach and I’m curious what other people think too but I think yeongwoon is lying about his father cooling down after he started leaving the house more.. the random detail where he says he wants to keep his hoodie on bc it’s “chilly” when it’s supposedly hot out, I think he’s covering up bruises and lying about it getting better because he wants to keep hanging out and escaping with seoin despite it actually getting worse at home :,) but I could be wrong, there were some scenes where his sleeves were half rolled up so again, definitely could be a reach
