i honestly agree. i also read a shit ton of stories with red and black flags and enjoy reading about them. but yeah this is like… a little bland? also idk why but horse face getting irrationally/suddenly angry just… is kind of jarring and unfitting…? idek how to describe it.

Also I have no idea where all the love for Dan is coming from.. He might be the most boring bottom in popular yaoi. I will root for him once he stands up for himself. And don’t come at me with: he is depressed etc etc. We have seen that in multiple characters already and they atleast have a bit of personality.
This story was already a trainwreck from the beginning but with the plot that’s going nowhere, the lack of chemistry and the one dimensional characters im not even happy anymore when this uploads.
I will keep reading it tho since im petty like that and love a good hate read
