When the reporter friend appeared, I thought maybe it was going to be revealed that he’s interested in MC, but it looks like he’s known all along that ML likes MC so I hope he remains a friend and not becomes someone who’s always liked MC. I hate it when authors insert someone with an unrequited love for no reason.
I was just rereading Half of me earlier today, and this story and that story have nothing in common except that Minjae (ML) also used to play hockey professionally in Canada. I kept thinking of that while reading these chapters.
Possible Spoilers:
I was a little wary about the fact that the MC is married, but looks like that’s been taken care off. Hopefully there won’t be any major issues there.
