I remember when he wrote a note in the beginning of the chapter when we wanted to file a complaint, he also wrote heonjaes number wrong but not the jingi
and he always remembers jingi number (5484)

What's Jingi's inmate number? Heonjae's is 7316 and Myeong-il mistakes it as 7416. Could that be Jingi's? He seems to be thinking about him a lot lately. Or maybe Myeong-il just made a genuine mistake and the number doesn't mean much apart from the fact that he's forgetful and isn't interested enough in Heonjae to remember his numbet accurately
