Suicide aside. I understand that, there are people in reality who have rape fantasies, some that can be stemming from deeper more complex reasons, trauma, self worth whatever. And some people who enjoy beihg beaten down and things, But like I said, I'm not talking about that. Rape is real, I read about it too, if a story depicts rape I can either look away or just continue, but the thing is I recognise it as bad and as a result hate the character commiting that crime— my right as a reader to draw conclusions, while there are some idiots who don't and will continue to try and justify crimes against human rights, and write it off as fiction.

I really dislike people who argue and write things off just saying it's "fiction". Fiction inspires reality and reality inspires fiction. I just think it's such a stupid excuse for readers who support insane stories depicting some not so good things, may it be constant rape and abuse, diregarding religion, etc or anything tbh. It's such a weak excuse, just say "hey well, this what we want to read. This is some peoples interest." And I'd be fine with that excuse becuase yes, people are allowed to have their own picks.
