i dont think there is much she can do. her father is the emperor, after all. and though she is acting as crown princess, all the authority that role offers can be taken away as easily as it was given. she cant afford to risk angering her father and losing her authority because shes trying to prepare the country for the upcoming war. shes not being obedient so much as prioritising her interests

yes, but until either karnon dies, or raymond shows no possibility of recovery- her position is still tentative. i really dont think she needed to do anything differently. this is still very cohesive with her character. shes butting the interests of uvera above her own
