It's not really explained well here but Seheon was offering the blank check in return for Yoonshin's confession now in the present. Like he wants another assurance that going into the relationship will be worth it. Yoonshin was prob just joking about how he's never said it to anyone coz he was shy at the time (?) I hope that cleared it up
i got really confused in ch81 when mr kang was giving yoonshin the blank check with the condition of confessing his love and them bickering how theyve both never said it to anyone or each other, but like didnt yoonshin aready confess im ch73 when he said he lost the game?
