It's prob not for u then coz I love that someone is being openly clingy & needy esp to their lover btw. He did say he's the youngest child and can be spoiled but Seheon didn't seem to mind

I love the story but.... Nah, mc was getting on my nerves too. You definitely hit the nail on the head. I was thinking about person would have to be smitten to endure his childishness, and his issues with boundaries/space. In hindsight, it did help him get closer to ML in the situation regarding the deceased friend. However, I also believe that conversation could have been had after the ML gotten back home from his outing instead of stalking him by checking his cars in the garage. Some of MC thinkings and habits/tactics are definitely questionable regarding someone he likes. And as they've pointed out multiple times MC is very childish, needy and whiny. There is nothing wrong with that unless it becomes excessive or that's something your into. I love/ applaud the ML for his patience and endurance. What makes this work IS because the ML has/had an attraction to MC which over time grew immensely. To the point of fantasizing about MC sexually then having a strong desire to touch and kiss, etc, blah blah blah. Even when ML didn't understand his feelings and impulsions in the early stages himself. Love or hate my opinion, it is what it is. It's my perspective. Now, I'm well aware there are many on here who love the mc because he's cute, seems sweet like a puppy, helpful, maybe really naive, etc. Nothing wrong with that. I just find that some of his actions and thinkings are annoying and questionable. Would I want to date someone like the mc, no. As patient as I am, I don't have the patience. I'd have definitely checked him on some things. But, he has some good qualities. Unfortunately he's still annoying. All in all, my apologies for the long explanation, you aren't the only one who finds the mc insufferable. Will it make me stop reading, HELL naw, lol. But... There are definitely other's who who think the same but don't feel the need to address it for fear of a lot of ppl coming against them/disliking their opinions against the mc or feel it's not that serious to post or whatever. So, don't feel bad. If that's how you feel than that's how you feel.

You’re overlooking a crucial fact: their relationship wouldn’t even exist if Yunshin hadn’t taken the initiative and crossed those boundaries. Sehun grew up in loneliness, relying only on himself. He’s spent his whole life believing that showing vulnerability would only invite exploitation, making him the epitome of an emotionally unavailable man.
Yunshin, on the other hand, is his complete opposite, raised in a loving, protective environment that nurtured a healthy mindset. You’ve probably noticed that his clinginess is reserved exclusively for Sehun. If he hadn’t secretly followed him, he never would have uncovered Sehun’s past or his connection to his late friend. That moment was a significant milestone in their relationship, breaking down some of the walls Sehun had built, though only for Yunshin.
There’s a reason Sehun has been single his whole life despite being the most eligible bachelor. The key detail here is that he was the first to act. He was drawn to Yunshin but didn’t understand his own emotions, leading him to lash out like a lunatic. If it had been anyone else in Yunshin’s place, they would’ve long since sued him for bullying and sexual harassment.
Sehun, emotionally inept as he is, desperately needs someone like Yunshin, someone who is generous with love, endlessly forgiving, and emotionally open. If you’ve read the novel, you’d understand that it’s Yunshin who tolerates Sehun’s antics, not the other way around. Yunshin could make it work with anyone, but Sehun? He can only be with Yunshin. He needs Yunshin, his warmth, his patience, his puppy-like cuteness. There, I said it.
I'm not disputing that mc pushing those boundaries didn't get them closer. In my og response I stated that much. I just forgot to put especially in there.

I'm not overlooking any crucial facts. I'm reading the same manwha with my OWN perspectives regarding mc. Regardless of how anyone wants to defend mc's antics/habits & regardless if those same antics/habits worked or not to accomplish a goal, he is still annoying af sometimes. That was my main point. AND that it is okay for Txnx and anyone else who reads this to feel the same without worrying/caring about the mc's stans. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ Again, love the story, which happens to have an irksome mc. I don't hate him and he has some likeable qualities. Just not enough to be walking around with hearts in my eyes obviously like some of you. Which is okay since you have the right to do so. I'll say it again, you would have to seriously like him not to find his tantrums and whining annoying af. That's MY perspective and obviously Txnx. And despite all that I will still finish this storyline cause it interests me. I'm just happy the ML found happiness and his beloved person. Again, it is what it is. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
Valid points OP. Overall, the author is great for creating a flawed MC that even if u find him annoying, it was done intentionally and not a product of poor writing. The story/plot is great and both Seheon and Yoonshin is needed (with their flaws and all) to keep it going
