As of now its not love ,its obession ,both sides. Obession because of sexual tension, trauma bond, raw pure hate, revenge and the fact his poison is inside Garon. The fact he will be the one to kill him makes him obsessed with him. The fact he has his life in his control. And i think Garon wont even care. This is why he would go back. He doesnt love him. He wants revenge and i dont think he calculated the fact he would be attracted
