Okay, I got to the 71 chapter, the further the better at some point. The first like 30 chapters it was just frustrating, later the author's artstyle got better and the characters got some development, the author started to show us their past and their thoughts which was big step ahead, since in the first chapters all we can say is that Hwan is obssessed for literally no reason, ML is obsessive but also weird, he wants something but we have no idea what, we have no idea what he thinks about Hwan and so on. But later the author actually goes into their thoughts and motivation and everything is not so messed up and with no sense anymore. You have to suffer the first half of the story to actually GET TO THE STORY, but I think it was a good read after all. I wont reread it, but It sure will be stuck in my mind for a while
+I was so confused before ML's past was shown, we were thrown in the middle of the story without explanation at all, and the sect, cults, monks, mountains, blood devils, midnight forest, gosu and so on was just nothing to me because I had no idea what those are and how theyre related. It was explained a bit to late in my opinion, it would be much better if it happened before bc I had no idea what I was reading until the author finally threw some light on what kind of world it is.
17 chapters so far and I dont enjoy this story at all. I feel incredibly frustrated with each chapter. A 20 y.o who keeps crying all the DAMN time, just literally for no reason. He dosent get simple signals and cant speak his damn mind, hes 20, not 12 (╯°Д °)╯╧╧. Both leads piss me off because they keep playing some dumb as fuck word games and neither will try to resolve the issue between for so many chapters already, someting like that is common, the basic miscommunication but they are keeping this for so many chapters and It was even written in a way one can enjoy it. In "Why are you so kind to everyone but me" they have a misunderstanding but its enjoyable to read because one the characters personalities were written very well, MC cried only when he thought ML was dating a girl bc he was heartbroken. The MC in this story sees the guy - he cries, talks to the guy - he cries, hugs the guy - he cries, is protected by him - he cries. Sorry but those characters were written extremely poorly, can say its a good read so far
