In Greek mythology, Sisyphus was punished for his attempts to cheat death and the gods, including chaining Death and tricking the queen of the underworld. Once he DIED and due to his trickery he was forced to keep pushing a boulder up a hill IN THE UNDERWORLD until it feel back and he’d have to do it again. He is known for his TRICKERY.
Interesting he was so interested in that rock on the mountain across from the town.
Sisyphus also has a brother
BUT Sisyphus tries to get with his brother’s daughter to get back at his brother or dad or something if I can remember. I wonder how true to this Greek mythology author-nim will go.
Potential the two of them have a connection like the Dad was Boss’ brother or clone or some shit. Gettin very killing stalking up in here.
Sisyphus also chained Thanatos which stopped people from dying, Ares got pissed and lowkey caused Armageddon (could be all the bullshit in chapter 1).
Essentially no one can die until hades gets released and Thanatos is unchained etc. Sisyphus is a dicked head and plays with the women’s hearts he had roped into it and was super manipulative. He thought he was bigger than god and he gets punished for it.
SOOOOOO expect drama, expect, manipulation, expect main guy to have to kill boss or boss to be punished for his hubris.
