no it's just being dragged on. we dont need uncomfortable sex scenes every few chapters to know JK only wants Dan for his body. just get on with the plot and stop shoving them in there. the last 10 chapters weve been getting could've been put into like 5.

Cuz I wasn't thinking about that bro, I am invested on Dan's character, how he is in his lowest point in his life rn. I'm locking in in his current mentally so the sex scenes don't matter to me that much, I don't see it as a part of fan service or whatever but as a part of the plot and Dan's current mental state where he thinks (and he has rightfully to do so) it's is all jjk needed from him and by doing this Jjk will leave him alone as the effects of his previous experience with him.
Like it's so tragic to see how his mentality and self perception morph like that because of Jjk's doing and his other experiences. He is already vulnerable from the beginning, having no other people he can depend on like he doesn't have parents, we haven't seen if he has a friend (aside from colleagues in work), we don't even know his hobbies (hoping to see this in the future thpu) because he's busy making a living and the only family he got is dying. That's why I understand why he fell for Jjk other people might think that Dan's character is bland but to me he's quite interesting and I love to see how it will develop, that's why I'm enjoying this slow-burn phase. And as what I've said in may og comment if people don't like this they better drop it rn so they don't have to waste their energy seething (just a lil advice thou, y'all can do whatever you want it's just funny to me to see ppl in the comment section crashing out when they have a choice to stop lol)
