its not that painful as someone with 6, if only the lobe part. For the cartilage u can use fake piercings ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I almost passed out getting the tops of my ears pierced but after they were in it wasn't that bad! I'm just high key dramatic
had to remove mine coz i always lay on it but will try again
