It took me 3-4 days to read that. If you love a good old Drama & Villainess Saga, this series delivered without fail.
Story: Very stolid. From the first chapters, nothing was added and left unexploited through the end of the story. The writer really knew what they were doing from the very start, creating a well filleted intrigue.
I quite felt that Angela's back story was rushed and gave me the "nobody cares, B*" I do not fault the writer, Angela was an irredeemable piece of work. I was a bit curious on what kind of person Angela's mother was; I had the feeling she was two-faced like her daughter, why Lea was so into the Marquis, why Baron Vito was an abusive prick, the competition between Erin and Seychelles.... The story is quite packed and has a lot potential... maybe too much it could handle.
I enjoyed how the FL was not utterly stupid. Sometimes, I felt like Girl knew all the tropes in the book.
Everyone was a villain/villainess in this story. I believe the purest souls out there would be our best boi Kassel, the Marquis and maybe the Princess Black Spots.
My biggest complain about this series is definitely the art. Clothes/design wise, it was very top-notch. I see a lot of efforts was put on coming up with very lovely clothing design/fashion. But Gracious Land! THE FACES sometimes were beyond ugly. It was catastrophic sometimes! Lays-chips kind of faces. Eyes rectangular like an eraser... Have mercy on us.
