Honestly, I think the Duke is too clueless to know any better. i don't really see how she could end up with any of the MLs. wouldn't trust be broken both ways because of lasting effets / memories of the time they were affected by her ability? it'd feel weird to pursue a relationship when the 2/3 first months of knowing her, they were ''forced'' to be obsessed with her. like how could any of them not mistrust their feelings?
also the prince can die i don't even consider him one of the ML anymore, he's just the main villain. i bet he influenced to father to plot the fire.
