Welp, that just happened...

This story felt disjointed from the beginning and now I know why. After reading parts of the novel spoilers, I realized this manhwa was a complete bastardization of the novel, only the characters names remain the same. Sure a few scenes remain in this adaptation, but even those don't follow the novel.

I never expect manhwa adaptations to religiously follow the original novels, but I do expect them to tell the same story. But I feel like this adaptation is telling a completely different story than it's origin story. It's a shame as Kalix and Heesoo's relationship in the novel was more emotionally complex, which would have been a more interesting read than what we got here. 2-stars.

Sample of Changes:
-- Heesoo spent several years working in the mine.
-- Their language is similar to French, but not Earth's French.
-- Minjoo taught Heesoo the language.
-- No green-haired paladin rapist
-- Heeso is 8 years older than Kalix.
-- Heesoo runs away from Kalix for 3yrs.
-- Heesoo gives birth to 2 boys.
-- Marriage between Heesoo and Kalix
-- They end up in a different world not Galia or Earth (MTL so I'm unsure of the accuracy on this last one.)
