I still don't think that changes the rest of the story. Even if the mc also likes the ml, the ml is still crazy and the development for the whole story was nothing romantic lol I knew from the beginning that they had feelings for each other, but yohan still made jun's life hard. I like that both of them are kinda problematic and we don't see the author showing it as something good, but it's not your typical romance

yes he's "saving his purity"; he's NOT a playboy or anything like that HAHA hard to explain but js know that he's a virgin with 0 past romantic experiences

yes, it’s a happy ending, we can tell how their relationship is going to develop at some point, when, basically they do stuff couples do without explicitly naming their status; all in all its just that they don’t “get together” till a very late part of the story, but their emotions for each other has always been in development
