Jesse almost lost his life twice from harmless looking people, it's normal to jesse's friends to act protective, especially when the last assassin was officially sent by elieser
I agree with you about them being overprotective, and yes, it's normal cause of what has happened to Jesse... but they also now knew that Elieser really cared and loved Jesse so much and has no intention of harming him in any way. I just think that they should at least let them talk, if they're so worried that Jesse might run off with her, then let Ganiel or mister butler guard them. And I'm pretty sure she had no idea that Haynez was an assasin hired by their dad.
I'm actually not liking how they're trying so hard to separate the two... I really don't want this to drag on anymore and just skip to where Jesse and Elieser (don't know if that's her name) talk now...
