I'm not even expecting sweet words. Just a simple NO would have sufficed too. But the author just went ahead with it anyway. Highly Disappointed.
I agree. I understand that he’s not going to change immediately but this could have been a good start. It just feels like this story is going round in circles at this point and the only one who seems to be suffering is Dan and it’s upsetting to watch. He doesn’t even believe there’s anything about himself that’s worthwhile. That part where he said as long as the bottom half works fine it’s okay really upset me.
The bar was so low you could step over it, and you still fucking failed!
The correct response would have been to say, ‘no, Dan, I don’t want to have sex with you. You’re unwell and need to get better first.’
This isn’t enjoyable when Dan is suffering all the time. The poor guy is dead inside. I really hate to see it.
