To be fair with the boss I think he had prejudiced against all the genders so a little weak and innocent omega could never abandoned his minor brother to fend for himself, maybe before really knowing the brothers he had the idea that Jihyuk, even while being younger, was smarter and more cunning than his omega brother.
Everyone has failed Jihyuk in his life (except his parents) and now we see the broken pieces of a man that every times he gives his heart (filial or romantic love) gets it destroyed by selfish people.
The older brother is going to need to assume his mistakes because with a child he can't just leave the baby when stuff gets hard.
I agree, i don't think the boss is that much better than the others, but i do think that of all the people in jihyuk's life he seemed to be the only one who stuck up for him even a little and was concerned for him (whether for genuine concern or a selfish concern for his bar lol), brother only seemed worried if his bf was worried imo
also barring the fact that he's still with the shit brother despite knowing the brother's situation

1. First of all; how could this stupid alpha believe that a young beta kid had the ability to sell his older brother.
