novel updates is about as large of a collection as u can get. for some of the novels tho u have to join the translations group discord or smth similar. personally i just read a few works from chrysanthemum garden every now and then. im not big into webnovels ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Novel Updates for translations, then if they're ongoing:
For korean novels I go to Booktoki for the raws and if they're not on Booktoki i buy them from Ridi/Naver/Kakao/Google Books, but they're obviously not free lmao.
Japanese novels can mostly be found on syosetu, or you can easily found the pdf/epub of published light novel volumes by googling them.
Chinese novels are probably the easiest to find, just look on google for the english name + MTL for the machine translation or the original chinese name for the raws (a lot are also usually translated on Webnovel). There are usually pdf/epubs for those as well.
