Well I feel like I’d feel the same in her place, she’s well aware she’s not the person everyone thinks of her to be and all her life she has been outcasted by everyone who was scared of the fact she could see ghosts. Not only that, I feel like she isolated herself and is too used to that to the point it makes her feel uneasy or that she’s just not used to opening up since she didn’t exactly have anyone to do so towards. I can’t open the rest of your message for some reason? But this is just how I feel about her keeping secrets.

The rest of my comment is basically, I understand why she felt she needed to keep her secrets, but I feel like the story is not going anywhere. Right now it's just them bantering - sleep together - exorcism - rinse and repeat. She will get sicker and sicker but will refuse to say anything and so Rodrick would have to step up. But at this point it's a bit frustrating...
Hm... I feel conflicted. Hailey/Yijae's character is full of contradictions. I don't understand why she felt the need to "distance" herself from the king, because what? she's afraid of rejection? The king likes her enough at this point to tolerate the fact that she's basically being dishonest. And even if she's afraid of being excluded/isolated, she's still a Duncan, and she could have a completely different life here...
What makes this very different from other transmigration manhwa is that she's very, very attached to her trauma and right now I don't see how they will solve this. I guess Rodrick will have to step up otherwise this won't go anywhere. Right now it's just them bantering - sleep together - exorcism - rinse and repeat.
