I think it’s cause although it’s in his best interests to lie about his true intentions, it’s his personal policy to keep things very clear. He doesn’t want to date him for love so don’t expect love from him. He wants sex and only sex. He can go on dates, be romantic and say whatever you want to hear but at the end of the day, he’s doing that as a personal favour. To him, he’s didn’t “ruin” the moment, he was bringing MC back to reality. MC was getting unrealistic thoughts of dating and probably a future together and ML does not want that (at the moment). I actually really respect him being honest about it. Some people don’t and then they cheat on you and claim “but you always knew I just wanted sex and nothing else!” When they never once said that before.
Why is ML being like this? He was never rude like this before! I get it, he's hurt that MC won't kiss him, but playing with him isn't going to make him like you! He got all blushy when he asked him out, and then ML ruined it...for what reason? Why is he being like this??
