He started being fixated on her and doing a whole deep dive on her life and ex and all that like theres no way thats the only thing he was after. Like maybe he knew her in some way in the past and she just doesn't recognize him or smthn I just feel like theres a big part of the story that hasn't revealed his motive yet so as of right right now things arent connecting at all. As for her though I feel like shes just running with her desires. She tried pushing him away so many times trying to be a mature adult and all that but she kinda just decided to start letting go and living for herself.
