I think it was a chinese BL webtoon about a married couple. They live on a different planet but similar to earth, the uke comes from a rich family and fell for a fellow student and pestered him so much until they got married. Seme is a military general or something like that, he was really cold towards his spouse, but after getting into an accident and loosing his memories he treated uke with love and care but as his memories started to come back he also reverted back to his cold self.
I think there were a lot of chapters out but don't remember if it was completed.
