The drawings are so good, it's such a shame that it's getting covered by these dogshit filters and effects. You can barely make sense of the art, its just a mess of "ooooh cool glitchy color effect". You'd have to squint and strain your eyes just to see the beautiful art underneath. Wtf were they thinking, the artist is fucking amazing and they're butchering their work! Istg, imma throw a fork to whoevers in charge with the post processing, fucking hell.

I don't think those effects are there for "cool". From the say I see it, it feels like the arts are showing the mental state of a child, to be specific, Lyrica. When she's happy or imagining something, the art would mostly be adorable chibi stuffs. But when things gets chaotic and dangerous, it can be seen by the art as well. Although some might not like it, I absolutely love it. Even tho I might need to focus to see some details, the emotion I feel at first glance when I see those effects are anxiety, fear, sadness, and so on. So, I'm happy with this. There's no other manhwa I've read that has arts that's this expressive

I think the glitchy filters add more layer to the story telling. And I quite like it personally. This is unlike any other manhwa I've read

I don't think that's the case. The early chapters were able to convey those emotions really well and the effects back then were not as overdone as today. The action back then was also clearer to understand and weren't a blubbering mess of filters.

I personally disagree and think of the opposite. The filters takes so much away from the action and facial emotions being delivered through the art. But I understand that people can like different things and I'm glad that you're enjoying the manhwa
