Its not surprising, he was in the basement most of the time and likely didn't have enough food stashed there as he planned to leave soon after ML comes homes. However Saein stayed there for days and only eat whatever food he could sneak out of pantry w/o drawing attention. He also got down in the dumps emotionally as he got hurt seeing ML hurting over him and knowing ML loved him enough. They both kind of wasted away both physically and emotionally. The ML went almost psychotic, its not surprising Saein isn't well, I'm surprised he lasted that long despite being pregnant.
He survived y'all but saein doesn't look like hes doing good in today's update. his nose keeps bleeding and he seemed out of it especially when the seme regained consciousness
