The placement of the chapters is kind of weird. What we've been seeing in the last few chapters (SeongHa and the creepy man, Seongha's attempts, etc) have been flashbacks. You can tell because the blonde hair guy 1) had shorter hair 2) Blonde hair guy said himself "it reminds me of the past" before we were shown everything.
Why show flashbacks now? Because, like in the past, Seong Ha's father told Seong Ha that after this final job, he would leave Seong Ha alone.
In the latest chapter, we're back to the present. In other words, Seong Ha has not been starving himself after Jeonsu told him to eat! That happened in the past, before meeting jeounsu
After letting these last two chapters sit with me for a while. I'm wondering if Seong-Ha had already made up his mind about what he was going to do before letting Jeonsu leave. Did he pull him in for one last kiss? Why did Seong-Ha choose to not eat despite Jeonsu telling him not to starve himself? Wouldn't dying that way hurt Jeonsu the most.
