That's so heartbreaking because she said "Uncle Judas." The way I see this is Judas wanted to use Hanna as bait to get Pietro out so he could take his spot as Pietro from Judas. Probably never meant to hurt her because he technically protected her, but in the end Hanna got hurt in the scuffle, maybe a stray bullet, and Nathaniel was unable to save her, so she gave up her title as a disciple and a doctor. Judas doesn’t care about her, just sees her as insurance like he said. If it were up to him, she would’ve been dead the moment he laid eyes on her as a baby.
