I think middle one might just be the child grown up. It's a common trope to have the child one took care of as a future love interest for whatever crazy reason

Probably no one needs this explanation, but I’ll just leave it here (at least from I understood in the synopsis):
Jaden: MC (blondish hair?), terminally ill, crush on Phillip, took care of Harry
Phillip: MCs friend, father of Harry, the drunk guy in ch 0
Harry: Philip’s son, was taken care of by Jaden and seems to start to warm up to him, hates Phillip
Why are there three generations of dudes looking very similar surrounding MC? Well idk, eldest ist Phillip, youngest is Harry, middle one…? Maybe eldest son? Maybe Phillips brother?? No idea
