Not really, while they may understand that intense situations and emotions create unusual strength and stamina, it’s weird for a “medical term” based on microbiology, in our world, to surface here.
That’s probably just how it translates for us, I’m sure they have a similar word just not as scientifically/medically supported. It’s probably just based of the heightened senses you feel under pressure.
