Just my opinion. No hate

Already I love this story for representation purposes along with the fact that younger tops with older bottoms is definitely a genre worth hyping over. Not to be negative but I fear somehow the younger guy is going to get hurt by the older and sooner than later he is going to see the wrong in his ways and old thinking (maybe get lectured by his sister) come together and the couple will live happily.
I am just guessing and NOT saying this is how it will go but just that most stories written in this theme exactly goes this way.
Relationships are hard and especially queer relationships in countries where it is frowned upon due to rigid patriarchal norms which preach heteronormativity.
I write this not to spread negativity but to expect or wish there were stories in this theme where the younger person wasn’t constantly getting hurt due the older person’s unhealed traumas. Older people with years ahead of experience than us might seem like an enigma from afar but nearing them we see ugliness slowly seep out but then we are too far stuck in the muck to get out.
All in all I like this story. I love that the artist added pop culture based queer signs here and there. I love that BL which usually has a bad reputation among the general public for being “fetish content” subverts the stereotype and actually acknowledge queer people and their struggles.
I am just hoping this story subverts the trope of the younger man getting hurt by the older man somehow because he wasn’t in the same place or just couldn’t come to terms with his feelings. But then again internalised homophobia/biphobia is a hard struggle. Fingers crossed.
