I don't think he was ever actually plotting to kill Seo, especially now. Just after Alhim attempted to rape Seo and Jayed kidnapped Seo and went into hiding with him, he came clean to him that there was no safe place anymore for him and that the whole purpose of this trip was for him to die. Obviously Seo was distraught about hearing this and didn't understand why Jayed didn't just kill him (hoping that Jayed had feelings for him - after all Seo told his father he didn't want to get married because of Jayed). Anyway, just after the scene where Seo tries to 'shoot' Jayed, Jayed attempts to fuck him. Obviously Sep was very panicked and mentioned that Jayed hadn't even won the bet yet. So Jayed then proposes a contract that if Seo spreads his legs for him whenever he wants, he'll protect him and keep him safe for as long as he's alive. So even though Jayed has made multiple threats to Seo, and being forceful with him, he has been affectionate at times and is implying that he does care and have feelings for Seo to a degree. And it's clear that Seo straight up has feelings for Jayed, like the bathroom scene in chapter 33 when he wanted Jayed to tell him he likes/loves him.

The end of chapter 29 (when they're in the cave) is when Jayed confesses the situation to Seo, including the contract between himself, Thetis and Count Langene. Chapter 32 is when Jayed makes a contract with Seo guaranteeing his safety if he'll sleep with him whenever he wants
So in the newest raw chapter (ch. 34) Jayed finally gets to fuck Seo, and by the looks of it, this looks like it could go on for a while. I don’t understand the language, but it’s not rocket science to figure out that Jayed is a pent up horn dog, who’s been lusting and pinning after Seo for a hot minute, he’s about to ravage Seo… and I’m here for it. I don’t like that he’s basically plotting to kill Seo, although who really believes he will.
