I honestly don't know what it is but I do agree with the ratings. Somehow for me elected is able to keep having new and refreshing elements without ever losing the light hearted comedy and slice of life scenes! I never noticed that were already almost halfway to 400 chapters! But with orv I ended up taking a break after I think barely 100 chapters... no idea why, so I can't pinpoint the issue but there IS a difference
