The part I actually remember about the manga is one of the extras (4th one I think) all in all there are 4 couples
The fourth pair/story is about blood brothers(incest yes) in the older one's pov. His little brother was being distant and he didn't like it so he tried talking about it with him but was raped instead(?) Well it ended in a nice way buuuut I really need to read it again
