Yeah, super common in Asia. The baseline for work is 150%, meaning if you don't work past your expected 9 to 5 and bringing work home you're not doing enough. Not to mention all that added work is probably unpaid and even if you get replacement day offs you're likely too busy to even use them. Definitely not speaking from experience... ┗( T﹏T )┛
