So if your wondering about the whole Lucas and Ethan situation it actually run a lot deeper as the story progresses we learn Lucas has been sick for a long time and I think soon Jonas the creepy horrible older brother is going to attempt to murder Lucas , he succeeded. But during that time, he is like bed ridden after being Stab and Paula witness the attempt of murder and become a target, so Vincent try and relocates her to save her. Does not work out. The butler hire people to murder Paula and with the help of the headmaid and later Ethan she is able to escape to a village near by. She and up going back to her sister , she does some weird work make a WERID guy friend named Jonny . Some WERID people have WERID stipulations for a job at a noble mansion. Paula does not want to go , Alicia does. So she go with her , come to find out she working for a friend of vinecent at one of vinecent random estates. HE DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY RECONIZE HER . CUE LIKE 50 MORE CHAPTERS. He figure out who Paula is (mind you she lying with Ethan and under a fake name trying to hide from vinecent bc of a lot of other plot points) but Alicia had take. The opportunity to lie to everyone and pretend like she Paula. After Paula trying to run away again , she run to the flower field only they know about and vinecent is waiting there and bro is like “I found you” and it a really sweet reunion . Sis still lying to everyone. Vinecent like shawty figure what to do with your sister or I will. Sis Alicia gets arrested, Paula try to help her escape. Plot twist werid friend John was a assassin for Jonas that Ethan help escape prison cause he like family, while they r running away Alicia like fuck u i want to live and if I can’t have vinecent no one can and pushes her old a cliff. Vinecent finds her, Jonas is there and try to kill vinecent, Paula shield him from the gun shot and vinecent is able to kill Jonas . While she is recovering everyone talks to her , she able to let go of guilt , and confesses to vinecent who has already confessed and they are hopeful gonna become lovers. Side story is she taking on a noble identity so they can be together without social consequences but shawty is still suffering . Alright thank you and goodnight .
